Culprit has combined the skirt tentacles of a tube bait and the kicking action of the Culprit lizard to provide a lure that produces a very unique action in the water. The tentacles flow with the balanced body and tail while retrieved in the water - producing a wave of action. The tassels also produce a good flotation response with very little movement of the bait while dead-sticking the lure on the bottom.
